Lived Experience,
Story-telling, Connection & Healing

ABOUT

My desire in creating this podcast stems from hearing your experiences and how healing it can be to share stories between those of us who understand what it’s like to live with OCD. We can find all kinds of information out there with interviews on treatment, information, and of course - finding reassurance! But, I’m interested in the raw stories. The pain, the reality, the real deal about what it is like to live with OCD day to day, hour by hour, minute by minute. It’s in the details of the struggle, the pain, and the resilience that we can truly feel less alone and connected to others who just get it. That is my hope for this podcast…to present to you a mirror of your experience with OCD, and it can reflect back to you just how deserving you are of hope, healing, and self-compassion.

As we get our footing for 2026, our schedule is already set for story telling. However, we would absolutely love to feature your story in 2027! We have many opportunities for you to share yourself, or anonymously on many recovery topics. See below to find out more, and contact us with questions or to let us know you’re interested!

WHAT SETS US APART FROM OTHER PODCASTS

You. That’s what! Your story.

Our stories and unfiltered experiences MATTER. Because of the ego-dystonic nature of OCD, and especially with intrusions and mental rituals, it is SO important for us to know what we experience is not just isolated to us. And, we are not sharing details to provide reassurance - we are sharing to provide ASSURANCE that what you are going through is something that other individuals will understand, embrace, and accept.

The life journey with OCD can feel confusing, lonely, and really scary at times. Knowing there are other people out there who just ‘get it’ will help motivate you through the tough times and give you hope to keep fighting. What you go through matters, and the details - even the scary ones - are what can save people’s lives!

Our podcast elevates lived experience for OCD for individuals with lived experience with OCD!
